Notable Changes to the Blog Appearance

Hiyo again, folks!

It is quite rare for me to publish two Blogger Posts in a day. But on seeing the rather dull, grayish appearance on my blog, I felt it was time for a change. While I'm not sure how some people felt about my blog's past appearance, but sometimes, changes are necessary in order to appeal to a wider audience. Effective immediately, I have given my blog page a much-needed makeover, which not only adds more trees and other 'greenery' but also brightens up the previously dull gray appearance of the text boxes themselves.

I certainly hope these changes will give my blog a brighter, more welcoming appearance. And as always, keep a sharp eye upon my Blogspot for any and all future postings...Ta-Ta!

One awesome computer game?

Greetings, everyone!

EDIT: I was unsure as to whether to publish this or not, but after having published my 4th novella, I figure it's time to make this blog live. In addition to this, a screenshot from a different game will be included as a demonstration of the kind of graphics I'd like to see. So read, comment, and keep an eye on our blog!

It's been a while since my last blog, and I have been carefully considering what my next entry would be about. After thinking it over, I have decided on making an honorable mention of a different Sky Fighters project apart from the novellas I've been writing...A Sky Fighters computer game!

This computer game, while still in the works, would have all of the current elements of the Sky Fighters novella series, plus there would be several additional features. These would include, but not be limited to...Lots of playable characters, jobs and careers, quests, achievements, and more!

For those of you who are at least semi-confused, here is screenshot of one of my newest favorite games, Everybody's Gone To The Rapture, and also a FAQ regarding this...

Question: What kind of game will Sky Fighters become?
Answer: It will be a combined action/adventure/simulation/role playing game!

Question: What constitutes action, adventure, simulation, and role-playing?
Answer: There will be combat and lots of it-Action. There will also be quests for the player to go on and lots of places to explore-Adventure. Players will have to eat, drink, and be able to gain friendships and alliances with many of the game's NPC's in order to progress through the game. There is also the possibility of marriage, having children, owning a house, and more-Simulation. From the start of the game, players will be able to select one Element and one Class. This will define their starting skills and abilities. As they progress through the game, they will be able to master more Skills, Elements, and an additional Class.

Question: What other elements will the Sky Fighters game have?
Answer: Definitely weather, climate, and a day/night cycle!

These are just a few of the possibilities, however, this project is in the preliminary stages as of the publication date of this blog. If this becomes a reality, it will take a lot of work and will effectively become a game series, much like my ongoing novella series. On this note, stay tuned for more details...Cheers!

Notable Changes to the Third Novella

Hiyo, fine-fair-folks!

When it comes to my novella series, nothing is more important than seeing the satisfaction of my fans. This is why I want all my readers to have the best possible experience and clarity when reading any of my books. On re-reading my 3rd novella, I took notice of a few things which were slightly out of place.

A couple of them were...1: The confusion over the name of the step-father of Gregoroth (Formerly known as Frederick). His full name is actually Donald Robert Pierce, but I kept on addressing him by his middle name rather than his first name. And now, as I am writing this, the font was changed automatically, and I seem to be unable to change it back. How ironic! At any rate, #2 was the brief description of the Mystorian Faith, plus a brief description of Christianity. Both of these have been detailed more in the newest revised version, and so should be much clearer and concise to the readers now.

These changes only took a short while (Perhaps an hour, give or take) to note on my third novella. However, due to the length of time needed by CreateSpace to sort out any changes I've made to my book in their systems, the new version of the third novella has been temporarily removed from the Amazon web-site. It will return there within 3 to 5 days or so and ready for people to buy there once more.

I would like to thank all of my readers (However many there are) for their continued support of my series and I hope you fine-fare-folks find it as wonderful to read as it is for me to write...Cheers!
