Simply put: A Goodwill Task is a test given to Sky Fighter Leaders by their current leader (In this case, Mantecado Rushenido) in order to ensure they have kindness and respect for others. For instance, one person might have to do something like use money they gained from their job to buy medicine for a sick person they know or don't know.
And even though Mantecado Rushenido is the current Host of the Sky Fighter Leaders, the history of completing a Goodwill Task didn't start with him. Also, they can be failed if the goal is not clear enough to the person who is given the task. However, in order to find out more about Goodwill Tasks, be sure to read my novella series.
